Description
The first issue of Victor-25461 which was withdrawn as Decca threatened a lawsuit because of Ella Fitzgerald’s vocals (she was under contract at the time). The record was then reissued with an alternate song. Record is in decent condition with some very light greying in spots that causes some extra noise. There is a small rim flake not to the grooves, but there is a small pressure crack in the center of the flake. The crack is very similar to a lam and inaudible once the music starts.
