Placing an order with Venerable Music is easy. Below you will find a step by step explanation for our ordering process.

• Once all of the items you wish to purchase are currently in your shopping cart, proceed to the next step by clicking the Checkout button. You may also remove items by checking the remove box and clicking the Update Quantities button.



• The next step is to enter all of your shipping information. Note: If you have placed an order with Venerable Music in the past and created an account, you may log in and continue on. If you have not yet registered, you must fill out all of the required fields (any field notated with an *). When complete, click the Go To Shipping Preference button.



• Use the drop down box to choose your shipping preference. There are four options -
  
  Option 1 (default): Hold Order Until Filled - 2 Weeks Maximum -
  This option allows 2 weeks for out of stock items to come in. This generally means that each item will have a chance to come in from the primary distributor. It does not allow enough time for items to come in through a secondary distributor. Items are not automatically backordered.
  Option 2: Hold Order Until Filled - 6 Weeks Maximum - This option allows up to 6 weeks for out of stock items to come in. This generally means that each item will have a chance to come in from the primary distributor and a secondary distributor. This option is recommended if you are really interested in a complete fill and are not in a rush. Items are not automatically backordered.
  Option 3: Ship In Stock Items Now - No Backorder - This option ships only the in stock items and cancels all backorders. If none of the selected items are in stock, you will be notified. At that point you may reply to your out of stock notice and either cancel the order or change the option to a 2 or 6 week maximum hold time.
  Option 4: Ship In Stock Items Now - Backorder Remainder - This option ships all in stock items and places all out of stock items on backorder. All of the backordered items will be sent in one shipment generally 2-6 weeks later. All backordered items are shipped media mail by default and an added $4.00 charge will be assessed when the backorder has shipped.
  Note: If your order is over $75.00 the in stock items will automatically ship for free. Out of stock items, by default, will be placed on backorder and shipped for free. If you are not interested in receiving the backorder, please choose the no backorder option.



• Use the drop down box to choose your shipping method. There are three options for U.S. orders and two options for other countries -



FOR ORDERS INSIDE THE U.S. -

Option 1 (default): Priority Mail - USPS Priority Mail is an estimated 2-3 day ship time throughout the U.S. A flat $6.00 charge is assessed for this option.
Option 2 : Express Mail - USPS Express mail in overnight to most of the continental U.S. In some cases, Express mail is 2nd Day Air. This is generally the fact with rural areas. If you are interested in checking the ship times to your area, please check the USPS web site. The from zip code will be 30655. A flat $19.50 charge is assessed for this service.
Option 3: Media Mail - The most basic of USPS shipping services. Shipping times are estimated at 4-6 days.
Note: All options include Delivery Confirmation which allows for order tracking.




FOR ORDERS TO CANADA -

Standard Air Mail to Canada is billed at the same rate as Priority Mail (a flat $6.00 fee). This price includes insurance. If the Media Mail shipping option is chosen (a flat $4.00 fee), the order will be shipped uninsured and at the risk of the customer.

FOR ORDERS IN THE U.S. OVER $75.00 -

Option 1 (default): Free Shipping - Orders receiving free shipping will be sent via Media Mail. Priority Mail is available at a flat rate of $6.00 but only on request (Please let us know via email or by use of the comments box when placing your order). If an order totals $100 or more, it is generally shipped via Media Mail & insured. In either case, all out of stock items are placed on backorder and will ship for free (via Media Mail) when they arrive.
Option 2: Express Mail - USPS Express mail in overnight to most of the continental U.S. In some cases, Express mail is 2nd Day Air. This is generally the fact with rural areas. If you are interested in checking the ship times to your area, please check the USPS web site. The from zip code will be 30655. A flat $19.50 charge is assessed for this service.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. -

Option 1 (default): Standard Air Mail - Packages shipped via standard air mail generally arrive in 1-3 weeks. After completing your order, you will receive a separate confirmation including the details of your order, your complete shipping address and the added shipping charges. If any of the information on this order confirmation is incorrect, please reply to email including any amendments needed. Estimated shipping charges will be displayed on the bottom of the shipping method page. For more information on this service, you can check the USPS website. On rare instances, depending on customs, some packages can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. All overseas orders are shipped with insurance either through Venerable Music or the U.S. Post Office (whichever is cheaper). If an order does not arrive in 6 weeks, you are eligible to make a claim against your insurance. Please contact us with the details of your situation at info@venerablemusic.com.
Option 2: Global Express - Packages shipped via Global Express generally arrive in 1 week or less. After completing your order, you will receive a separate confirmation including the details of your order, your complete shipping address and the added shipping charges. If any of the information on this order confirmation is incorrect, please reply to email including any amendments needed. Estimated shipping charges will be displayed on the bottom of the shipping method page. For more information on this service, you can check the USPS website.

• After making you choices, proceed to the next step by clicking the submit button.

• Check your order totals including shipping. Orders outside of the U.S. will display shipping at $0. Your shipping totals will be sent via email in a separate order confirmation.

• Next, enter your billing information. This should be the name of the cardholder as well as the address that the credit card bill is sent to. This information is used by our billing system to help stop fraudulent credit card charges. If the address entered in this section does not match that on file with the bank, the order may be cancelled. If the billing information is the same as your shipping information, just check the box on the top left of the form.

• At the bottom of the form, enter all of your credit card information along with any special instructions, comments of questions you may have. Finally, click the Submit Order button.
  For U.S. customers only - You may also pay by check or money order. Just check the appropriate payment method box. All in stock items will be pulled and held for you payment to arrive. If any items are out of stock, and you do not wish to wait for a complete fill, you may amend the payment to cover only the in stock items shown in your Stock Notice. These are sent in a separate email whenever an item is out of stock. If by chance, an item paid for can not be obtained, a refund check will be written to the original customer. • You've done it!! You've successfully completed your online order with Venerable Music. You may print this page for your records and for any purpose you may need a written receipt. You may also want to take the time to enter a user name and password to set up an account with Venerable Music. Customers with accounts are able to log in, check order notes, backorders & billing history. Your address and billing information is also held for ease of use placing future orders.

Remember, all private information is
sent via a secure server. All information is encrypted so as not to be
vulnerable to theft.
